Action Camera Filter

JJC F-GU Series Action Camera Filter is specially designed for Insta36. GO Ultra. Made of high-definition optical glass, it accurately reproduces colors, avoids color shift, and reduces the need for post-color correction. It also serves as the first line of defense for the lens, protecting it from dust, water droplets, fingerprints, scratches, and minor impacts. The double sided 28 layer (14+14) coating provides water resistant, oil resistant and anti static performance, ensuring reliable shooting in complex environments. Whether in sunny or rainy conditions, it keeps the lens clear and enhances image quality. The filter is easy to install and requires no tools. Simply remove the original glass lens protector and screw the filter into place for a secure fit. It sits tightly with no vignetting, and is resistant to loosening or falling off. The aluminum alloy frame is sturdy and durable, providing extra protection against accidental drops or bumps.
This series of filters includes the 1/2 Black Mist Filter, Neutral Density (ND) filters of various strengths, a CPL filter, a 4-Points Star Filter, and a UV filter, suitable for different shooting conditions.
ND filters reduce the amount of light entering the lens to control exposure, making them ideal for bright environments. They allow you to shoot at slower shutter speeds or wider apertures for better photos and videos.
The UV filter effectively block ultraviolet light from entering the lens, preventing blue or purple haze in images. Their effect is especially noticeable in environments with strong UV exposure, such as high altitudes or seaside locations.
The 1/2 Black Mist Filter reduces highlight and shadow contrast, softening overly sharp focus areas. It helps minimize facial wrinkles, blemishes, and pores while preserving detail and clarity.
The CPL filter reduces reflections and glare while enhancing color saturation and contrast, making it ideal for shooting reflective surfaces such as water, glass, and wetlands.
The 4-Point Star Filter creates starburst effects that enhance image depth and atmosphere. It transforms streetlights, neon signs, and other light sources into star patterns in city nightscapes, streets, or architectural shots. In backlit scenes such as sunrise or sunset, it can turn the sun or reflective points on water or metal surfaces into striking starbursts.
Each model in this series comes with a filter case for convenient storage and portability. A microfiber cleaning cloth is also included for cleaning filters and equipment on the go.
